How it works

We recently launched a lab-scale sample generation pipeline to rapidly generate protein, peptide, and enzyme samples, allowing you to start downstream application testing right away. This enables continuous verification of your end application. We focus on the end result rather than just generating beautiful lab data. We incorporate feedback and make timely adjustments, ensuring smooth project progression and reliable outcomes. In contrast, others often delay testing until the end, which sometimes leads to unexpected issues and disappointment.

At present, our expression hosts are limited to Escherichia coli and Pichia pastoris. We can generate on the order of 10-100 mg of crude or His-tag purified proteins or peptides for your early testing. For peptides, our expression host is Pichia pastoris and the typical lengths range from 30-100 amino acids. If you need something different, please contact us to discuss.

Our process

1. Request Submission: Submit your protein or peptide sample request through our online form. Provide detailed information about your project, including sequence data, and specific requirements. AI tools will help you expand your selection.

2. Consultation and Design: Our experts will review your request and consult with you to finalize the design and synthesis plan. We utilize advanced algorithms for sequence optimization and provide recommendations to enhance expression and stability.

3. Synthesis and Production: We commence the synthesis process using the chosen expression system. Our lab employs the latest technologies, including the EnPresso system and Ultra Yield Flasks, to maximize yield and efficiency.

4. Purification and QC: After synthesis, your samples undergo a thorough purification process followed by stringent quality control checks. We ensure each sample meets the highest standards of purity and functionality. If the expression faces difficulty, we will vary key factors such as IPTG induction concentration or timing, temperature, and try other expression hosts.

5. Delivery: Your final samples, along with detailed analysis reports, are securely packaged and delivered to your specified location. We also offer options for data storage and additional support if needed.

6. Quality metric >500mg enzyme powder containing at least 50% crude protein with at least 20mg target protein.
