	Zhou Zhe, Head of Enzyme Business at Bota Biosciences. Zhe holds an MBA and is an expert in mass spectrometry & chromatography.
	Joshua Lerman, Director of Computation at Bota Biosciences. Josh is an expert in bioinformatics, systems biology, and computational approaches in Protein AI. Josh has contributed to the development of several functional molecules in the food and beverage industry, as well as in the infant nutrition space.
